Kick-back Day
Today we decided to go to Wal-Mart and get our prescriptions filled. After that, we went to a delightful restaurant for brunch. It was called Grandma’s Restaurant. We then spent to day just relaxing and preparing to leave tomorrow (ye ol’ dumping duties).
I worked on my afghan. I am now working on the outside trim, so I’ll be ready for the reunion. Yippee.
I also worked on our route for tomorrow to Milwaukee and picked out a couple of attractions to visit.
The weather was dark and dreary and by late afternoon and early evening, we had very bad storms. There is no storm shelter at this campground, so we just toughed it out and prayed for the best.
For you readers, this was a very boring day. For us, this was a very relaxing day.
