Visiting Day

Pixie and Oscar arrived at the campground this morning at 10 AM. They had the grand tour of our Homey Roamy. They sat for a bit and we all chit-chatted to catch up.
After 2 hours of yakking our jaws, they took us to the Timberline Creek Buffet restaurant for lunch. Wow. what a spread. Pixie worked for the owner of this restaurant (at another location and restaurant name) while putting getting her teaching degree a few years ago.
After our yummy lunch, they took us back to their home to visit some more. They have a really nice 1 acre lot, so lots of space to putter. In addition to their cozy and charming home (Pixie has it fixed up really cute), Oscar has a 2-car garage for all his tinkering, and when Pixie's a good girl, he lets her park her car in there, too. Hee Hee.
After 3 hours if conversing, they took us back to our RV. We all needed to rest our winded lungs so we could be ready for tomorrow. Yea, those guys can really talk!
Dave and I had a nibble dinner and watched TV. We hit the hay as tomorrow is another day of heavy visiting!
