Here's our ports of call and brief sailing details:
Monday 7/21 arrive for check-in at 4 AM. Sail at 7 AM from Prince Rupert, BC, and dock in Ketchikan, AK, at 12:30 PM. Sailing time: 5 hr 30 min. Sightseeing time in Ketchikan: 2.5 days
Thursday 7/24 arrive for check-in at 11 AM. Sail at 1 PM from Ketchikan and dock in Petersburg, AK, at 11 PM (ferry docks in Wrangell to load other passengers/vehicles on our way to Petersburg). Sailing time: 10 hours. Sightseeing time in Petersburg: 3 days. We reserved an outside cabin on this sailing so we have a bed to nap on and a private bathroom!
Monday 7/28 arrive for check-in at 7:30 AM. Sail at 9 AM from Petersburg and dock at Sitka, AK, at 10 PM. Sailing time: 13 hours. Sightseeing time in Sitka: 4 days. We reserved an outside cabin on this sailing as well.
Saturday 8/2 arrive for check-in at 11:30 AM. Sail at 1:30 PM from Sitka and dock at Juneau, AK, at 6 PM. Sailing time: 4.5 hours. Sightseeing time in Juneau: 2 days.
Tuesday 8/5 arrive for check-in at 2:30 PM. Sail at 4:30 PM from Juneau and dock at Haines, AK, at 9 PM. Sailing time: 4.5 hours. Here we depart the ferry system. We will stay in Haines for a few days and then begin our long sightseeing journey toward Fairbanks, AK.
